CHAS membership provides reassurance for our customers that all our work is completed to a high standard and we never compromise when it comes to safety. CHAS independently ensures that we operate safely across the board, so you have complete peace of mind without worrying about the details.

Our membership also means we do not need to complete health and safety assessments for every single location we work at, which allows us to complete the work faster and keep our prices competitive.

To obtain this highly regarded accreditation developed by the British Standards Institute (BSI) we pre-qualify for the ACCLAIM accreditation which is the go-to scheme for SSIP Health and Safety, recognised by over 3000 commercial organisations

PASMA (Prefabricated Access Suppliers’ and Manufacturers’ Association) is an organisation dedicated to ensuring high safety standards, specifically relating to the use of cranes and access equipment for working at height.

PASMA provides a high standard of training and guidance on best practices, which means you can be confident that our experts are operating safely in cases where such equipment is used (for example, manual gutter and roof cleaning).

IPAF (International Powered Access Federation) is a worldwide organisation that provides training, advice and information for manufacturers and users of powered access equipment. Their focus is on raising safety standards across the industry, and ensuring all its members are fully informed and compliant with regulations.

Our methods are designed to avoid the need for using such equipment, as almost all of our services can be completed efficiently from ground level. However, we can offer this is essential to get the job done effectively, and our IPAF and PASMA memberships ensure we are fully compliant when doing so.
